#1,Check if your USB dongle is properly installed in your computer.and make sure the computer voice input setting is G pro
#2,If your headsets is the G Pro X 1st wired version,you could switch the PC cable (with G logo)/Mobile cable in PC and try which one works or use the alcohol pad to clean all the plugger(Mic Jack )
#3,If your headset is the G PRO X/X2 wireless headphone, Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > Logitech G PRO X Gaming Headset > Right-click Properties > Driver tab > Uninstall Device,and then headset plugged in,Install again, Try few times ,unitl it works.
#4,To use the G pro headset with Quest 2, Please make sure your headest is the G PRO VR headsets , and please make sure your USB sound card install on your PC to use the blue voice, then use the 3.5mm audio jack on the left ear cup(quest 2 ) and connect to the left side of the headsets，CAN’T WORK DIRECTLY BY PLUGUING THIS MIC IN YOUR VR HEADSETS
