Hello, I’m Hong and I live in Berlin. I never thought I would become one of those people who runs. Now, I’m training for my seventh marathon. I try to exercise every day and it is especially important to me to feel good while I do it. I really value being comfortable. Like many people, I often turn off my alarm and need my morning coffee before doing anything. Sometimes my weeks are very full and it is difficult to find time to train. To stay motivated, I try to focus on the things that make me feel good, like putting on the best running shoe, finding a running community, or choosing the perfect post-workout snack. This is how I spend a current week of my life:
